The G20 meeting kicks off in New Delhi.

The 18th G20 World Leaders' Summit has commenced in New Delhi, presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Leaders like US President Joe Biden, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, and others were greeted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the summit's first session, he emphasized the significance of trust in a post-Covid world and the need to solve global concerns from a people-centered perspective. 

The Prime Minister will meet with French President Macron and Canadian leaders and leaders from Comoros, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, the European Union, the European Commission, Brazil, and Nigeria. President Draupadi Murmu gave a state supper for all delegation chiefs in the Bharat Mandapam near the historic Nalanda Mahavihara, representing India's devotion to knowledge and the G20 theme of "Vasudhaiva Kudumbakam".
