A special session of Parliament has been adjourned.

 

In a special session of Parliament, both Houses adjourned last night. After passing the Constitution (One Hundred and Twenty-Eighth Amendment) Bill, 2023, Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar adjourned the House. The Lok Sabha was subsequently adjourned after voting a resolution congratulating the country on the success of the Chandrayaan-3 mission and other achievements in the space industry. Parliament's extraordinary session began on the 18th of this month.
