18 Indian sailors stranded in Yemen have arrived safely in Aden.

 

After weeks of uncertainty, 18 Indian sailors stuck in Yemen were freed. While they are secure in Aden, plans are being made to expedite their passage to India. The sailors were discovered stranded when the ship went aground in the port of Nishtun in Al Mahra, Yemen. The painstaking efforts of the Indian embassies in Riyadh and Djibouti, as well as the support of the Yemeni authorities, were critical in rescuing the sailors.
