Home invasion in York Region: Police issue a warning

 

After armed intruders stormed into a property in York Region, York Regional Police issued a warning. On Tuesday morning, the intruders broke into the house in Newmarket. According to police, five unidentified guys burst into the house and threatened the family with a rifle.The accused grabbed money and other goods from the residence before fleeing in the SUV. The police have stated that they have begun their hunt for the accused.

Following the incident, people were advised to lock their doors, ensure their safety, and keep valuables secure. The police also urged that security devices such as CCTV and alarms be used.
