Nargus Mohammadi, an Iranian human rights campaigner, will be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2023. Nargus Mohammadi was given the Norwegian Nobel Prize for her struggle against women's persecution in Iran, as well as for supporting human rights and freedom for all. She is Iran's top human rights activist and the 19th woman to receive the Nobel Peace Prize.
He earned a total of 31 years in prison and 154 lashes for 13 arrests and five convictions. The prize, worth approximately $1 million, will be handed out in Oslo on December 10, the anniversary of Alfred Nobel's death, who founded the rewards in his testament in 1895.
