Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the Indian team on their 100-medal performance in the Asian Games. The Prime Minister stated that this is a significant success for India in the Asian Games and that the Indian people are overjoyed to have reached the incredible milestone of 100 medals. The Prime Minister expressed his deepest appreciation to the amazing athletes who contributed to India's historic achievement. 

The Prime Minister stated that the Indian women's kabaddi team's gold-medal victory at the Asian Games is a monument to our women athletes' indomitable spirit and that India is proud of their accomplishment and wishes them well in their future endeavors. The Prime Minister congratulated Jyoti Surekha Vennam on her third gold medal in compound archery and Ojas Praveen Deotale on his gold medal in the men's solo compound archery event. Their passion, skill, precision, tenacity, and unshakable focus, according to Modi, make the country proud. The Prime Minister also congratulated bronze medalist Aditi Gopichand Swamy and compound archery men's silver medallist Abhishek Verma at the Asian Games.
