Four persons have been arrested for attempting to transport cocaine across the Ontario-Western Canada border.

 

Four people were caught by Halton police while attempting to smuggle drugs between Ontario and Western Canada. Cocaine worth millions of dollars was seized from them. Following intelligence regarding a cocaine-trafficking organization, the inquiry began throughout the summer season. The inquiry, nicknamed Project Atlas, resulted in the execution of eight search warrants in the Toronto area on August 24 and 25.

In the words of police, the inquiry resulted in the seizure of 126 kilograms of cocaine and three automobiles worth $1.2 million. According to police, the cocaine was carried utilizing vehicles with several hidden compartments. According to the authorities, black money is also held in secret chambers. The cocaine recovered had a street worth of $3.1 million said police.
