Associated with terrorism: a 15-year-old detained in Calgary

According to the RCMP, a 15-year-old was detained in Calgary on suspicion of having ties to terrorism. Within the framework of a national security probe, the 15-year-old is the third individual to be detained in Calgary in relation to terrorism, according to an RCMP statement. Zakaria Rida Hussain, 20, was detained for aiding and abetting terrorist acts and engaging in group activities; according to police, the 15-year-old is related to him. For the sake of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, police have not disclosed the accused's name or any other information.
