Unifor announced the end of its strike at three Ontario factories after reaching an agreement with Stellantis. The lightning strike began at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday for approximately 8,200 workers. Meanwhile, UNIFOR said that the strike had been called off about 7:30 a.m. on Monday, following consultations with UNIFOR leaders. Workers in Brampton, Etobicoke, and Windsor went on strike.

After reaching an agreement on workers' requests, Ford Motor Company and General Motors have been talking with Stellan since October 18.
