Toronto has the most rats in Canada: says Report

 

For the second year, Toronto has been crowned the city with the most rats in Canada. In a recent ranking compiled by pest control business Orkin Canada, Toronto came on top for rodent infestation. Orkin Canada has compiled a list of the top 25 cities with the most rodent infestations. Toronto is followed in the top five by Vancouver, Burnaby, Kelowna, and Mississauga. The rankings are based on the amount of commercial and residential rodent infestations performed by Orkin Canada between August 1, 2021, and July 31, 2022.

The business recommends fixing gaps and holes in walls and installing weather stripping on windows and doors to prevent rodent infestation. Shrubs should be kept one meter away from the house's exterior walls. Garbage and stale food should be removed from the house as well.
