Nijjar's murder: The US Secretary of State requests that India help Canada in the probe.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinkon has once again asked India to collaborate with Canada in the continuing investigation into Khalistan Wadi leader Hardeep Singh Nijr's murder. Blinkon suggested during the 2+2 ministerial discussions between India and the United States on November 9 and 10. America's closest friends and partners are Canada and India.

In a press conference, he stated that America, as a friend of both countries, wishes to reconcile any differences of opinion. He believes India must collaborate with Canada on the probe. Arindam Bagchi, Spokesperson for the Indian External Affairs Ministry, welcomed Blinken and stated that his visit would add further fuel to the India-US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership. The debate is being held by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, and US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
