Flu cases in Ontario are on the rise, according to the Chief Medical Officer.

Dr.Kieran Moore, Chief Medical Officer of Health, says influenza cases in Ontario are on the rise. He cautioned that the virus would spread faster during the holiday season, infecting more people. Moore also discussed the need to get immunized. Moore also reminded folks that this is a crucial week to get your COVID and flu shots because the results of the vaccination take 10 to 14 days to take effect.

The number of people obtaining COVID-19 vaccines increased three weeks ago. Dr. said that there are presently no plans to deploy public health measures and that people should exercise caution. Kieran Moore made the recommendation.
