TTC provides free service on New Year's Eve.

 

Good news for the citizens of Toronto. TTC has decided to provide free service on New Year's Eve. People can take the TTC for free until 3 a.m. on January 1. The last train from Union to Finch leaves Vaughan Metropolitan Center at 2:31 p.m.The last train from Finch Station to Union leaves at 2 a.m., while the last train from Vaughan Metropolitan Center leaves at 1.50 a.m.

From 7 a.m. on, the service will be free. The regular Sunday morning schedule will resume on January 1 after being suspended on December 31.
