Union Minister Smriti Irani bolstered India-Saudi relations.

 

Smriti Subin Irani, Union Minister, attended the opening ceremony of the 3rd Haj Umrah Conference in Jeddah. They went to the Haj Terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah to oversee the arrangements for Haj pilgrims and to look into ways to improve the logistics and monitoring system for Indian Haj pilgrims.Ms. Irani spoke with the Indian diaspora in Jeddah, outlining the Government of India's comprehensive social programs and finding prospects for greater engagement.

They discussed enhanced logistics and surveillance systems as they assessed the arrangements for pilgrims during their visit to the Hajj terminal.A cultural tapestry explores the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Al-Baladin, demonstrating India's great admiration for Saudi Arabia's various traditions. According to the Union Minister, India is dedicated to developing a strong partnership with its Saudi counterpart based on trust, cooperation, and shared values.
