In Calgary, a mortgage broker's license was revoked for allegedly falsifying paperwork linked to the sale of a home. For at least three years, the Real Estate Council of Alberta barred the broker from managing mortgages in Alberta.Cassert was named by the Real Estate Council of Alberta. Roy Morgan's license has been revoked, and he will not be able to reapply for one until 2026. Morgan was found to be involved in illicit mortgage dealings during a council hearing. Then comes the action.Morgan was judged to have manipulated two transactions by the panel. Morgan's license was revoked and he was forced to pay $15,260 in expenses and a $30,000 fine by the council.
