French President's diplomatic adviser Emmanuel Bon met Foreign Minister Dr S Jaishankar in New Delhi. Dr. Jayashankar said they spoke about the strong convergence between India and France on various issues and shared views on global events of mutual interest. The foreign minister said he was looking forward to President Emmanuel Macron's visit to India on Republic Day 2024. US Trade Representative Catherine Thai met External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar in New Delhi on 12 from January 2024.
