A winter storm is moving across Ontario and Quebec from Friday evening into Sunday. Snowfall and storms are expected to produce up to 30 cm of snow in some areas. Alberta and the northern communities of Regina, Saskatchewan are expecting the coldest temperatures by Saturday morning, forecasters said. And temperatures could drop to -30°C in Manitoba with wind chills.
