Extreme cold: Canada Post suspends deliveries in Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island

 

Canada Post has announced that deliveries in Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island are temporarily suspended due to the extreme cold and snow storm. Crown Corporation issued a red service alert on Wednesday due to inclement weather and freezing rain.

Canada Post said deliveries will resume once weather conditions improve. Canada Post said in a statement that the safety of its employees is its first priority.
