A small town in British Columbia has been voted one of the best places to live in Canada. Oak Bay is a town located on the coast of Vancouver Island. According to the World Population Review, Oak Bay has a population of 18,000. Despite being a small town, Oak Bay has been ranked second in the list of ten best places to live by Canadian technology company Moving Waldo. Safety, affordability and quality of life
Moving Waldo said Oak Bay was selected based on narrow criteria.

The attractions of Oak Bay include Willow Beach, Oak Bay Islands, Ecological Reserve, Cattle Point and Victoria Golf Club. Moving Waldo also said that Oak Bay is known for its Edwardian architecture.

Wellington County, Ontario tops the list.
