On Saturday, a Russian drone strike killed seven people, three of them children, in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv. According to local authorities, the attack destroyed half of the roadway. The strike was called in response to a series of midnight attacks in Kharkiv. Meanwhile, NATO has urged Europe to accelerate military production to support Ukraine and avoid a lengthy conflict with Moscow. Western governments have also advocated for increased help to Ukraine. A NATO-Ukraine Council meeting at the level of the Minister of Defense will be held on February 15, one week before the second anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
