The bodies of two people who went missing after falling through the ice on Lake Charleston have been found

 

The bodies of two missing people who fell through the ice in Charleston Lake, Ontario have been found by the Ontario Provincial Police. The accident happened in Charleston Lake around 5 pm on Sunday. An OPP spokesperson said one person was rescued safely and two others were missing. The OPP confirmed that a search was launched for the missing persons but their bodies were recovered around 4pm on Monday. Police have not released details about the dead.

With this incident, OPP issued a strict directive to the people. The police have warned people to avoid walking through the snow and to stay away from visiting lakes and other places for the time being.
