As Canada's labor market grows, opportunities open up to take advantage of new job opportunities, find better-paying jobs, and build careers in Canada. Employment, Workforce Development and Official Languages Minister Randy Boissnault has launched an 'Upgrade Your Skills' advertising campaign about financial assistance and programs to help you acquire the skills you need to succeed in today's job market. The campaign, which will run from February 5 to March 31, is aimed at youth between the ages of 18 and 24 who want to start their careers and those between the ages of 25 and 54 who want to excel in the workforce.

The campaign reaches out to the youth through social media, website, digital radio, public digital displays and national broadcast media.

Apart from financial assistance, the campaign also provides education savings benefit, youth volunteer service and employment opportunities.
