The federal government's Terrorist Threat Assessment Agency has warned that terrorists inspired by the Israel-Hamas conflict may target audiences at Canadian gatherings. In critical intelligence briefings revealed during the Israel-Hamas offensive, analysts warn of the spread of mob violence throughout the country.

Based to the Integrated Terrorism Assessment Center (ITAC), attacks in Canada will most likely target protests, diplomatic posts, and Israeli or Palestinian symbols. ITAC further indicated that such an attack is likely to be carried out by a terrorist with easily accessible weaponry. Intelligence officials are apparently reviewing events that have drawn huge audiences in Canada since the war began last October.

In accordance with the research, even before the Israel-Hamas battle, anti-Semitic hate crimes were increasing, from 182% in 2015 to more than 500% in 2022. The majority of Canadians have shown support for Hamas. The alert further stated that RMVE members abroad had urged for individual assaults on Jews in order to help the Palestinians.
