Housing sales rose 23% in February

The Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) has increased by 23 per cent in February in February. Housing sales rise as high listings were high. New listings rose 13.6 per cent to 2,711. Meanwhile, inventory declined by more than 14 per cent than last year.

The board says housing sales throughout the city are 2,135 units. The benchmark price of all kinds of houses increased by more than 10 per cent in the previous year, $ 585,000.
