Canadian cities hold eye-popping promises to solve housing and affordability crises for people, especially newcomers to the country. The lowest rates are offered for the properties. There are also places where land is for sale for as little as one dollar. Properties or lands in these locations in Canada are transferred at low prices or with other incentives.

Officials say some of these deals may have expired or been sold. Properties for sale at very low prices are all in Canadian locations such as Cochrane, Ontario, Brandon, Manitoba, Reston, Pipestone, Saskatchewan, Munteire, Alberta, and Crown Lands, Yukon.
