Employees who continue to work from home will no longer be promoted at work.

 

Dell, a renowned technology corporation, has revised its stance on working from home. The company's order, which states that individuals who continue to work from home without coming to the office would not be promoted, is currently being discussed on social media.The company, which previously supported work from home, attempted to implement the hybrid option multiple times, but when many workers refused to come to the office, the policy of no promotion for those who stayed at home was implemented. Starting in May, personnel will be divided into two categories: hybrid and remote. The condition is that those who pick the remote option will no longer be promoted in their jobs.
