The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran has released all the people including the Malayalis on the ship seized by Iran

New Delhi: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran has said that all the Malayalis on board the ship seized by Iran have been released. 24 people including 17 Indians were on board. Anne Tessa, a Malayali, had already been released. Iran's Foreign Minister Amir Abdullahi said that the decision to release all of them was based on humanitarian considerations and that they could return to their own country according to the decision of the ship's captain. Abdullahi announced the release of the ship's crew during a phone conversation with Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsakhna. An Estonian citizen was also on board.
