Will IPL final be interrupted by rain; Weather in Chennai is a concern

 

Chennai: The weather in Chennai made the fans worried with hours left for the Kolkata Knight Riders-Sunrisers Hyderabad clash in the IPL final. Chennai has been overcast since morning. Although there is no forecast of rain during the match, there is a possibility of unexpected rain during the match due to the influence of Cyclone Rimal which has formed in the Bay of Bengal.

Kolkata's training session was abandoned mid-way due to the unexpected rain yesterday evening. The rain came unexpectedly when the Kolkata players went to the ground to practice under the flood lights in the evening and were doing their regular football practice. With this, the players returned to indoor training.
