E-commerce giant Amazon and Staples have announced a new partnership. The company said the new plan will allow Amazon returns to be accepted through 298 of Staples' stores. Those using this method must first set up a return through their Amazon account.
Customers can then bring the product they want to return to a Staples store, package it, and send it back. Amazon said it has more than 4,000 drop-off points in Canada, including some Purolator, Couche-Tard and Canada Post locations.
The new partnership comes months after the Ontario government announced plans to open some Service Ontario locations at Staples stores.
