YouTube, Google's video streaming platform, has been trying to introduce a lot of changes recently. Here is another change in YouTube. YouTube comes with a special cover image (thumbnail) feature for video playlists.

YouTube will now have custom covers for video playlists. YouTube introduced it in Android Beta 19.26.33 version. YouTube currently has a way of automatically assigning a cover image to a playlist from the thumbnail of the first video in the playlist. But this doesn't always mean every video in the playlist. As a solution to this, YouTube is thinking of providing a cover image for the playlist itself. A common cover that represents the entire video in the playlist will create more attention and meaning to the viewer. This way the identity of the channel can be preserved.
