Flight attendant yells at passenger on Air Canada flight

 

A heated argument between a crew member and a passenger on an Air Canada flight. The incident occurred on July 26 on AC73 flight from Casablanca to Montreal. The controversy started when the passenger asked for a blanket before the flight took off due to extreme cold inside the plane.

But the employee spoke angrily to the passenger. The rude employee asked the passenger to fasten her seat belt and if not, to get off the plane. The employee was shouting not to threaten the employees. Aviation news site FL360aero shared video footage of the incident on social media. In this, the employee can be seen shouting at the passenger. The flight attendant called the police to get the passenger off the plane. But other passengers spoke out in support of the passenger. Then the passengers got off the plane.

Air Canada did not provide further details about the incident, but said passengers on the same flight departed the next day with replacement crew members. Air Canada has announced an investigation into the incident.
