Liquor sales: Three more 7-Eleven stores approved in Calgary

 

Three more 7-Eleven stores licensed in Calgary to sell beverages, including beer and wine. 200-1035 Newbrighton Dr. SE, 7106 Elbow Dr. SW. 7-Eleven stores located at 220-2505 Everside Avenue SW have been approved. With that, about 20 7-Eleven stores in Alberta are set to sell beer, wine and coolers, the company said in a statement. This is part of the expansion of liquor sales in convenience stores.

The company said in a statement that it is providing all the necessary training to the employees of the stores licensed to sell liquor. Only store employees are allowed to take away alcohol. Dine in and take out timings are from 11 am to 11 pm. Delivery time is from 9 am to 1 am every day.
