Canada ranks fourth in the list of top countries

 

Canada is ranked 4th in the list of best countries in the world. The list was prepared by US News and World. The report says that Canada has gone down compared to last year. The country was ranked second last year. But this time it has gone two places behind. The report has been prepared based on a survey of 17,000 citizens of 89 countries. The best countries have been selected based on ten categories such as heritage, adventure, cultural influence, power and social purpose.

Canada ranks high in the energy efficiency and social goals categories. The country also received top marks in the categories of friendliness and religious freedom. The United States jumped to second place this year, up two spots from 2023. Meanwhile, Switzerland retained the top spot for the third year in a row. Switzerland ranks best in the open-for-business category, safety and least corruption.
