Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Red Deer reported job growth.
Job postings are up more than 25 percent in small and medium-sized cities across the country, according to HiringLab. Rates are higher in Alberta than the national average. Vacancy rates in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba are above three per cent, according to the report.
