Narendra Modi met with Biden in Delaware

Washington: Prime Minister Narendra Modi met US President Joe Biden. Joe Biden said that the India-US partnership is stronger and more dynamic than at any time in history. The meeting was held at Biden's residence in Wilmington, Delaware.

Thanking Joe Biden, Prime Minister Modi took to social media to say that the discussion was fruitful and regional and global issues were discussed in the meeting. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said the two discussed ways to further strengthen partnership between the two countries in areas of mutual interest.

Foreign Minister S. Jayashankar and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken participated in the meeting. After the Modi-Biden meeting, they also participated in the 'Quad' summit. Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese also attended the summit.
