Elon Musk tops $200 billion club; Assets rose to $270 billion

 

The wealth of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, the world's richest man, has reportedly increased sharply in 2023. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Musk's net worth has reached $270 billion. Since April, Musk's fortune has grown by more than $100 billion. The latter recorded an extraordinary rebound after a sharp decline at the start of last year.

Assets were $229 billion at the start of last year. But Tesla's stock price plunged 40 percent in April, reducing his fortune to $164 billion. Later in August, Musk's net worth increased by $50. With this, Musk's net worth rose from $223 billion to $270 billion in September. Only Mark Zuckerberg (Meta), Jensen Huang (Nvidia) and Larry Ellison (Oracle) have made more money this year. However, Maks is ahead of all of them in terms of wealth in the world.
