Residential sales fall in September in Calgary: Real Estate Board

 

Home sales in Calgary fell 17.6 per cent to 2,003 in September from last year's record high, according to the Calgary Real Estate Board. Meanwhile, the board also said house prices rose 5.5 percent from September 2023 to $596,900 in September.

Inventory levels reached 5,064 units in September. 49.7 percent gain compared to last year. There were 3,687 new listings on the market last month, the highest since 2008. This is 15.5 percent more than a year ago
