New York: Suspicions are growing that the recent earthquake in Iran was a nuclear test. As the conflict with Israel approaches the brink of war, there have been recent reports that Iran has conducted a nuclear test. Now William Burns, the head of the American intelligence agency CIA, has hinted that there is a connection between the earthquake in Iran and the nuclear test.

William Burns has stated that Iran has accelerated its nuclear program. With this, the rumors that Iran has conducted a nuclear test have become stronger. An earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale was reported in Iran on October 5. The earthquake was felt in Semnan province at 10:45 am. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 to 15 meters. It is reported that tremors were felt even in Iran's capital city, Tehran, which is more than 100 km away from the area where the earthquake occurred. Above all, the fact that the earthquake occurred only about 10 kilometers from the area where Iran's nuclear power plant is located strengthens the suspicion.

On October 1, Iran fired 180 ballistic missiles at Israel. It is believed to be the largest direct attack on Israel. Iran stated that this was in response to the killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also announced that Iran has made a mistake and will give an appropriate response. Israel warned that it would attack Iran's oil fields and nuclear power plants. The United States demanded that Israel withdraw from this decision. However, Iran also responded that if Israel were to launch such an attack, there would be a strong response. Iran has warned that it will attack the oil fields in the West Asia widely. Reports are coming out that Iran is conducting nuclear tests in a situation where Israel will attack at any moment.
