WestJet and Air Canada are coming up with good news for those planning their travels in the New Year. As part of Black Friday, airlines are offering cheaper ticket prices to travel around the world. Save cash and Airplane Points when you travel on Air Canada flights to more than 180 destinations between December 6, 2024 and June 15, 2025. For example, a one-way flight ticket from Vancouver to Calgary costs $79 using this plan.

WestJet's ticket sales begin with what is being dubbed the biggest sale of the season. Savings are offered on flights between November 25, 2024 and June 30, 2025 with no blackout dates. This agreement applies to UltraBasic, Economy, Premium and Business fares. The carrier has one-way flight ticket prices as low as $149 and $129 on sale. For example, a Christmas trip from Vancouver to Palm Springs, California costs just $149. They also offer ticket prices as low as $99. A one-way ticket from Toronto to Montreal is only $79.
