Donald Trump's son Eric Trump has shared a photo of himself buying Canada from Amazon on social media platform Ex. The image shows him buying Canada, Greenland and the Panama Canal, with the caption, "We're back."

President-elect Donald Trump's statement that many Canadians want Canada to become the 51st state of the United States sparked a huge debate. This was followed by Eric Trump's Ex post. On Trump's Truth social platform, he repeatedly referred to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as the "governor" of Canada. Trump has also threatened to impose a 25 percent tariff on Canada. Discussions are already underway at the federal and provincial levels on the best way to deal with the incoming Trump administration.
