Body found in wheel well of plane in Hawaii. A body was found in the wheel well of a United Airlines plane that arrived in Maui on December 24. The incident occurred when the plane, which had departed from Chicago, landed at Kahului Airport.

The body was found in the wheel well of one of the main landing gears of Flight 202. The Boeing 787-10's wheel well is only accessible from outside the plane and it is not clear how the deceased got there, airline officials said. Maui police said in a statement that they are investigating the discovery of the body. Maui police have not released further details about the incident.
