Meanwhile, the 'blood moon' will be visible from 11:29 am to 1:01 pm on March 14. During this time, the moon will appear red for 65 minutes. NASA says that depending on the time zone, the moon will pass into the Earth's shadow and appear to turn red on the night of March 13 or the morning of March 14.

Where will the 2025 Blood Moon be visible?

People in North America and South America will be able to see the best view of this phenomenon. According to NASA, the lunar eclipse will also be visible in clear skies in some other parts of the Western Hemisphere. The upcoming lunar eclipse will be the first blood moon since November 2022. However, only 13 percent of the global population will be able to see the eclipse.
