The Freedom Dragon spacecraft undocked from the International Space Station at 10:35 am Indian time on Tuesday. The passengers on the spacecraft were Nick Hague, Sunita Williams, Butch Wilmore, and Russian cosmonaut Alexander Gorbunov. Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore, whose mission at the International Space Station had to be extended due to the Starliner crisis, returned to Earth after completing an exciting 9-month mission. Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore launched to the ISS on Boeing's Starliner test spacecraft on June 5, 2024. The mission duration was just eight days. However, due to a technical fault, Sunita and Butch were unable to return to the Starliner. Boeing and NASA landed the spacecraft without the two.
