California: A Californian woman has won the Guinness World Record for the world's longest tongue. Chanel Tapper's unusually long tongue has been included in the Guinness World Record. Chanel's tongue is 9.75 centimeters long and 3.8 inches long. This is twice the length of a normal human. The official Instagram post of Guinness World Records revealed this and shared the video footage.
Chanel can be seen doing unusual things with her long tongue in the video. The video includes touching her nose with her tongue, removing Jenga blocks, turning over Red Solo cups, holding a spoon around her tongue, and picking up a lemon in water. 'People look at me in surprise. Some are scared. But I enjoy it all. I find it funny,' says Chanel.
According to Guinness World Records, Chanel was first spotted with her long tongue in Halloween pictures taken with her mother when she was eight years old. Last year, Chanel starred in an advertisement in which her entire tongue was painted blue and green. Chanel says she likes to be different from others and that it's fun. Meanwhile, Nick Stoeberl from the USA holds the record for the longest tongue in the world. He is 10.1 centimeters long and 3.97 inches long.
