265 bodies reach hospital, death toll of locals rises besides passengers

 

 

Ahmedabad: Authorities have said that 265 bodies have reached hospitals so far in the Ahmedabad plane crash. Apart from 241 of the 242 people on board the plane, 24 locals also died. These include 5 medical students. The bodies of two medical students have been recovered. Meanwhile, international news agency Reuters reported that 294 people died in the accident. The Reuters report said that 53 locals died. The report quoted top police official Range IG Nidhi Chaudhary.
