'wasting human life'; Trump asked the people of Tehran to leave the city

 

 

Washington: US President Donald Trump wants people to leave Iran's capital, Tehran, as soon as possible. Iran should have signed the agreement I was told to sign. They didn't do that. Trump warned that the current action was a waste of human life, that Iran could not get a nuclear weapon, and that everyone should leave Tehran immediately.

Trump's statement came after Israel carried out an airstrike on the headquarters of Iran's state broadcaster. Trump may not attend the G7 summit as the focus is on developments between Israel and Iran. A White House official said there is an urgent need for Iran to engage in diplomatic talks amid heightened tensions with Israel. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is providing Trump with accurate information on the conflict.

On Monday, Vice President JD Vance, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Dan Cain and several top aides met at the White House. Meanwhile, the head of the UN nuclear watchdog confirmed that Iran's largest uranium enrichment facility had suffered major damage.
