Tehran: Iran retaliates after US attack on nuclear facilities. It is reported that Iranian missiles hit 10 important areas including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa in Israel. Iran's retaliation comes as Israel remains on high alert following the US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities. A missile hit central Israel. Israel confirmed that the Iranian strikes injured 16 people. Iran claimed to have attacked Israel's key airport, Ben Gurion. But this has not been confirmed.

The US attacked Iran's nuclear facilities in support of Israel's attacks on Iran. The United States attacked 3 nuclear power plants in Iran namely Fordoh, Natans and Esfan. GBU-57 Bunker Buster bombs were used for the attack by B-to bombers. They are capable of destroying an underground nuclear power plant. The direct attack by the United States is the 10th day of the Iran-Israel conflict. This was the first time the US Air Force had dropped bunker-busting bombs on the battlefield. Cruise missiles from US Navy submarines were also used for the attack.

Following the attacks in Iran, security has been increased at religious institutions in New York and Washington. US President Donald Trump has stated that he does not intend to continue the attack if Iran is ready to negotiate. Trump has also warned that if Iran refuses to back down, it will launch a more aggressive attack.
