Delhi: Google, the world's largest search engine, has officially launched AI mode for all its users in India. This new feature gives users the option to search in a better and more interactive way than before. Now you can ask Google anything with the help of AI search mode. AI will answer it immediately. Initially available in English, the search option will soon be rolled out in other regional languages.

In late June, Google had introduced an experimental version of the Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) powered AI mode on Google Search in India. However, the feature was limited to select people who signed up for Google Labs. Google has rolled out this feature to all users in India based on feedback from early adopters of AI Search Mode.

With the official launch of AI Search Mode by Google, the main highlight is that it no longer requires a Labs sign-up to use this feature. In the coming days, you will start seeing a new tab called AI Mode in Google Search and the Google app. It will initially be available in English. Support for other languages may be added later.

What will be special about AI Mode?

All the features that were present in the previous Labs version will also be present in Google AI Mode. Users will be able to ask questions by typing, using voice commands, or by taking photos using Google Lens. After this, Google will give them a detailed answer. It will contain important links and references. In addition to this, you can ask follow-up questions on the same topic, which will lead to better conversations. It is hoped that this feature will be useful for students, researchers, content creators, and anyone who wants to learn or understand something new from the internet every day.
