TikTok has removed a video in which a young man complains about how difficult it is to get a job in Canada. The company removed a series of such videos after an investigation found that the video was created by AI.

TikTok said the videos violated its community guidelines by not disclosing that the videos were made using AI. Most of the videos removed feature a 20-year-old white man named "Josh." He makes racist remarks about immigrants and their role in the job market. In one video, he complains that he is not getting a job because people from India are taking all the jobs. In the video, he accuses himself of being asked if he speaks Punjabi when he applied for a job at a donut shop. Tim Hortons said in a statement that videos like this are very concerning to the company. In another video, "Josh" criticizes Canada's immigration policy. The video asks why so many people are being admitted to Canada when there are not enough jobs.
