Potatoes – 2 pieces Noodles – 1/2 cup Onion – 1 piece Green chili – 1 piece Grated chili – 1/2 spoon Ginger / garlic – 1/2 spoon (paste) Cheese – 1 sheet Butter – 1 spoon Egg – 1 piece Bread powder – as needed Garam masala – as needed Chicken masala – as needed Salt – as needed Oil – as needed Coriander leaves – as needed Pepper powder – as needed
Preparation
Boil the potatoes and mash them. Add green chilies, red chilies, ginger/garlic paste, onion, garam masala, salt, butter, pepper powder, and coriander leaves if required and mix well. Then make noodles and set aside. Make potato balls, put the noodle filling inside and add cheese to it. Then dip them in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Then fry in oil and deep fry. When it turns brown in color, remove from the pan. Noodles cheese balls are ready.
